Common questions
What is a credit?
It is the unit of work. A 5-slide AI carousel costs 30 credits, a caption 10, an AI image 5, and publishing a post costs 5 credits per network. Exporting, client approval and insights cost nothing.
Do you charge per brand or per user?
No. Brands and members are unlimited on every plan. What you buy is capacity, in credits.
How does the trial work?
200 credits when you sign up, valid for 14 days, no card. That is about 4 carousels, published.
Do credits roll over?
Plan credits are valid for 60 days, so one slow month is not punished. Purchased top-up credits are valid for 12 months.
What happens when I run out?
The account goes read-only: everything stays visible and editable, you just cannot generate or publish. Nothing is deleted. Buy a top-up or change plan and you are back instantly.
Does scheduling cost credits?
No. You only pay when the post actually goes out, and a failed publish is free.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for 10 months and use 12. Credits still land every month.
